Have You Heard "Rules From The Mens Side" ?
Q. Rules from the male side men are from Mars or another weird planet/place: We always hear "the rules" from the female side. Now here are the rules from the male side. These are our rules! Please note ... these are all numbered "1" on purpose! 1. Learn to work the toilet seat. You're a big girl. If it's up, put it down. You can handle it. We need it up, you need it down. You don't hear us complaining about you leaving it down. 1. Sunday = sports. It's like the full moon. Let it be. 1. Crying is blackmail. 1. Ask for what you want. Let us be clear on this one. Subtle hints do not work! Strong hints do not work! Obvious hints do not work! Just say it! 1. Yes and No are perfectly acceptable answers to almost every question.… [cont.]

"Instinct" or ignorant unfair "thumb rule" for women to label men with "?" factor a "creep/weirdo"?
Q. I'm a guy and generally am a loner. I've seen alot of bad intentions bad sides to people. I'm always guarded but also have a stoic appearance. I'm a nice guy...but my face isn't naturally as expressive as most people. B/c of this I often catch alot of unnecessary harsh treatment from women. What I'm starting to believe is that most women are genuinely ignorant(literally) or feel it's okay to mistreat/be overly defensive to the point of being offensive to men with a "?" factor. I'm not a mean person...but I usually walk around, mind by business, and don't pay attention or care how my face lacks expression. B/c of this...based on my expereinces...I honestly believe most women generall put more importance on mens appearance than men… [cont.]

A. I've found that a certain types of woman are prone to fear (some have had abuse issues in the past) these women are often professional types who are very submissive in relationships..(yes women) who can't say no to things and avoid potential confrontations of any kind.

Do you justify muslim woman wearing " burqa "?
Q. It is a pity even some muslim wemen believe that wearing the burqa is to protect their chastity. Muslim scholars agree "When we said women should not do somethings, it's not because they are less worthy or unequal to men, but because they have different, equally important, roles in society," But who are they to deside what woman should do if woman is the equally important then they themselves are capable of taking their own decisions. In few countries womens are not allowed in the mosqu for the prayers as when they bow down their head touching the ground their buttocks rises up and it distracts men. A. - Why is it unjust to require women to wear a Burqa, but not unjust to require women to wear a bathing suit top? Both are responses to cultural bias. Both impose actions on females for male urges and temptations. One can't bash another's cultural preference while having similar taboos of their own.

A. Feminists would like to see the world go this way. However women will have to find a way of having a full career without having to take time out for a family - you can't have it all. Edit "Meek will inherit the earth." If you think women today are meek - especially feminists - then you need to get out more.

Do women attendants belong in the mens room?
Q. On a recent cruise boat trip, I used the mens changing / steam room next to the gym. I was surprised to see a women attendant standing there staring at the naked men coming from the shower / steam room. Many men were uncomfortable with this and asked her why she was there? She said "It was her job". They asked her if there was a male attendant in the women's room and she replied, "Of course not!" She got a lot of comments about getting an eye full and how improper it was, but it did not change her stand. !! MEN, a question about a man's actions vs. words?
Q. I'd really like to get mature mens' answers to this question. I'm married to a wonderful man for several years. Here's the thing, tho: He's not so much about expressing his love in words -- i.e., I guess he might be the typical non-emotional man. He says it, but nowhere near as often as I'd like him to. I mean, he says it kind of casually some days like when he goes off to work, for example, like: "Have a good day, love ya." But, again, it's casual sounding. However, he makes very much sure I am taken care of in many ways. You name it, he does it. (takes car of my car, fixes things for me, buys stuff for me, etc. & just so there's no confusion: We both work -- not just him). But whenever I say to him, "you don't say you… [cont.]

A. There are several love languages. Yours is compliments... well, sorta. You need to 'hear' love and acceptance. Your man's love language is service. He needs you to 'demonstrate by doing stuff for him' that you love him. Do a search on the love languages. Explain to your man that when he demonstrates love for you, that you appreciate it, but it's like you buying a pretty purse for him. He is telling you he loves you HIS way and not the way you need to hear it. If he bought you power tools and you bought him purses, both of you would think the whole thing was crazy. Well, that is what is happening. He is buying you a power tool, more or less. He is telling you he loves you in a way that HE would like to be told. He has to understand that you… [cont.]

Do black men like women more than white men (Longg question, just warning you)?
Q. I went to a school once which was very multiracial, there was 5 guys in the class, 2 white guys and 3 black guys, one of the white guys was gay, the other hated women, one day we had to clean the class room and the white guy said "No I'm not cleaning, That's a woman's job!" and one of the black guys even said to him "Shut up with your sexism, Your making yourself look stupid, Grow up!" I've dated tons of guys (all white) they all hate women which is a huge turn off for me. Even in Playboy (A premotely white magazine, Black people read King magazine more) They made a list of women they would like to "HATE F*CK!". I highly doubt King magazine will come out with something like that. Ever. My white male friends… [cont.]

A. I partly agree with you But not all white men are bad, take another look if i were you. Anyway, people say that women's and colored peoples rights are getting better but they're still pretty awful. White Men think that they're the dominant ones and its just not fair. I also agree with you about the keeping up with the Kardashians thing (love that show) the white mans just a hopeless drunk. All the best R & B and Rap all comes from black men. In the past we have neglected and tortured black people yet they still respect us. Well done for bringing this up but honestly its not much of a question

Did I over-react in the mens shower room at the gym? Should I have waited until I was dressed to fight?
Q. Looking back in hindsight, I think I once again rushed to conclusions and may have over reacted slightly. Let me explain, no there is too much, let me sum up. After a long workout, I headed over to the showers. There are 10 showerheads in there. When I entered, there were only 2 other men in there. So, following the unwritten rule of using every other shower unless impossible, I distanced myself from the other 2 men. Minutes later, another guy comes in and showers right next to me!! There were 3 other showers between us. I could tell out of the corner of my eye he was trying to catch a peek at the package. I decided to hurray up, and in my haste , I dropped my travel size soap/shampoo bottle. As I bent over to pick it up, I heard him say... [cont.]

why do men degrade women and some women degrade themselves!?
Q. I think its getting worst and worst with time commercials, music videos, magazines in everything a girl almost always has to come out half naked so it can have popularity and success because it needs "mens" attention and being Hispanic myself I noticed that alot of Spanish channels have to show a girl in a thong and bra or with tiny skirts shaking their asses. Such as Doce Corazones, Sabado Gigante... Even comedy shows in Spanish have to show women in slutty outfits its like a rule. Also strippers, prostitutes, and female porn stars all degrading themselves. Rappers make songs about women referring to all of us as "sluts" or "hoes" its not right... There are still decent women out there and I hate how men put… [cont.]

A. You're about a million years too late, feminism has already been invented. Hell I could start complaining about how gays are so incredibly mistreated but that's old hat and mostly untrue as well.

Heeey Womens, do you know the bible teaching on how mens should treat you?
Q. Exodus 21 7 "If a man sells his daughter as a servant, she is not to go free as menservants do. 8 If she does not please the master who has selected her for himself, [b] he must let her be redeemed. Genesis 3 16 To the woman he said, "I will greatly increase your pains in childbearing; with pain ... Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you." Deuteronomy 25 11 If two men are fighting and the wife of one of them comes to rescue her husband from his assailant, and she reaches out and seizes him by his private parts, 12 you shall cut off her hand. Show her no pity. 1 Corinthians 14 34women should remain silent in the churches. they are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the Law says. 35If… [cont.]

A. Yes, I'm quite familiar with the Bible's view on how women should be treated by men, specifically how a husband is to treat his wife. She is to receive agape love from her husband, this is the conscious kind of love (as opposed to just the warm fuzzy kind), choosing to behave lovingly even when it hurts your own fleshly desires---sacrificial love as Christ so loved/loves the church. Wow. Now that's some kind of wonderful. Blessings.

What Should She Think of This?! (Asian Mens' Opinions Would Be Particularly Helpful)?
Q. Long, but please please read through. Desperately would love some of the general public's advice. Well, two months ago, I got out of a long-term relationship. My friend came to me with this question, but I don't feel like I'm in a position to be giving advice at this point, so we're putting the question out here. Opinions and feedback will be truly appreciated! She's 22 and has been going out for about a year with a Japanese man. He is very attuned to his culture and he is deeply rooted in his family. It would be safe to say that both of these factors play a major part in how he defines himself. Everything must be approved by his family, and any girl he is to seriously marry must learn about his culture as well as the language. Not saying… [cont.]

A. Geez that really sucks. Asian guys like that give the rest of us a bad name. If she really wants him then she's got to start learning. If not, she'd be better off with someone else. Tell her to ask him to give her a chance. I'd personally punch him in the face.

Can i collect unemployment in NYS for "being discharged for bad attitude and aggresive behavior"?
Q. I started working at this place about 1 year ago, i've been let go once before for misconduct, specifically insubordination. They rehired me about 3-4 months ago.. two weeks ago i was let go again. it's kind of weird restaurant to work at, its not corporate at all. they have no rules or policies you have to sign. Everyone there back talks each other, even the managers. people tell each other to shutup, people knock things out of each others hands deliberatly, its like being in a mens locker room, almost everyone is consistently disrespectful to each other, but in a joking sort of way. Obviously you cant be late / miss days, but there is no actual rule saying so. they will tell you not to be late, but nothing documented. one co-worker, the… [cont.]

A. Question Can i collect unemployment in NYS for "being discharged for bad attitude and aggresive behavior"? most likely NO, this is misconduct. the fact that they gave you a second chance by re-hiring shows the employer did every thing they could and you just couldn't keep the job. your being rehired will not help your case and will, in fact, be held against you. What makes a good feminist? Would the following make a good feminist?
Q. If I were to say i would Never say that I think abortion is unethical, ever again I will never question a single of their statistics again I will never question that mothers should get automatic custody I will never question whether a woman who claims it was raped or abused I will "take responsibility" as a man for all the horrible things my gender has done- each time a woman is raped/abused I will blame myself I will support a woman getting any job over me as it promotes "equality" I will automatically assume sexism whenever anything seems like it may possibly be unfair against women.
