Where is the mens studies section?
Q. So i was browsing through the women's studies and i thought "I know lets look at men's take on things!" But i could not find such a section so how come there are no men's studies? BTW: I'm very very sorry if there is and I'm just too dumb to find it :P @Emily: My take on it was that we are so insecure we need to study our problems and issues where men are happy with themselves... Just saying ;) If there was a men's studies it would be for men to discuss men's issues! Like the womens studies section. Not for women to spy on them! Some seriously creepy answers!

A. What about children's studies? With feminism teaching everyone that it's good to be selfish, it leaves them in the hands of selfish people.

If womens insecurity is the need to feel secure and mens is the need to be needed?
Q. When feminists ask the question "are men necessary", are they intentionally trying to weaken mens status in society by waging a psychological war covertly on men. They obviously have studied their enemy(men) well. What would be an equivalent question to ask women.

A. There is no doubt that the feminist agenda is rife with psychological warfare on men. This is shown in the "are men necessary" type of projection. But also in the "men need to be sensitive", "men are abusive", "men need to work a 40 hour a week plus job and then come home and be house husbands". All of this makes men constantly second guess themselves. All of it makes men's traditional roles appear to be wrong and trivial. First you break your target down and then you re-educate the target. Look at any long term dictatorship in history and you will see that these tactics were used. The equivalent question pertaining to women? It is now harder to find any one thing that women all identify with, the… [cont.]

Why do women's groups campaign against a mens health office?
Q. I read this article: I saw the comments from Cynthia Pearson: "But the mere suggestion that men need their own health bureau or that they must advocate for their rights like a victimized minority rankles some women s health advocates, and some politicians are reluctant to take men s health on as a cause, for fear of alienating women. Saying we need an office of men s health ignores the fact that men s health always was the main focus of medical research, said Cynthia Pearson, executive director of the National Women s Health Network in Washington, a membership organization for improving women s health. During the first half-century of our nation s investment in medical research, the majority of resources went to studying men and the… [cont.]

A. It's worse than ever thanks to college "gender" studies (which is plainly woman's studies in disguise) indoctrinating students to make this type of behavior appear ethical and politically correct.

Minnesota semi-starvation experiment (info inside)?
Q. Here's an article about the study if you care to read it... Basically, during WWII, an experiment was done on 36 men to study the effects of starvation. Over the course of 24 weeks, the mens' body weights dropped 25%. Many of them were around 100 pounds by the end of the study. They were constantly hungry, pre-occupied with food (despite never having these feelings before), and they became emotionally disturbed and withdrawn. One man cut off some of his fingers out of stress. What confuses me is that it says their diet consisted of 1800 calories per day and their exercise consisted of walking 22 miles per week. That seems like many "healthy" plans that people are told to follow now in order to lose weight. Why was it starvation… [cont.]

What Should I do? About the texts i found? maybe not boyfriends?
Q. My boyfriend left his phone here while he went to the mens bible study. I usually never check his phone because theres no need to start building stupid fears and maybes. I'd rather not know. But his phone has been ringing off the hook. His mom, a finance person from his online schooling, his NA Sponsor. So I looked at his texts. He works in a scrap yard. And in the "sent' folder there were texts going out to a girl like "this is the guy from the scrap yard" "I know your with your boyfriend but I can help convince you to leave him" "Its up to you, I won't holla at you anymore if you don't want to" The language was not at all like my boyfriends who is 32. I want to get back with my ex. Her mom just passed away and we have both done some things to upset eachother.?
Q. We were together for about 1 1/2 months before her mom started getting really sick. At the funeral she had a friend there (a guy) and he was able to do things to help her that I didn'thave the mans to. Like call all the people at her church and let them know where the funeral was and things like that. I got really jealous and started crowding her and it made her and some other people uncomfortable. I think that she is being hipocritical as when we first started dating I had to tell her twice that her hanging all over me at my house in front of my brother and friend was making them uncomfortable. We seperated for a bit per my request. We had a phone conversation about some things. I told her that I was sort of trying to get into a mens… [cont.]

A. Let the relationship go. It looks as though she is going through some very trying times, and needs support. You are only worried about yourself and what you want and need. She doesn't need the added pressure of you pushing. Let her know that you are there and if she wants, she'll contact you. Go do the Bible study

I'm a very kind person, smart, a good sense of humour and also good-looking. I have noticed something... No one (i mean mens) chat with me in comparision with france. In france they are a lot of mixed couple. And many times even in high school i was with "white" and it wasn't a problem for nobody. Am i supposed to stay here two years absolutely single ??!! To live in a fear to be rejected because of my color of skin ? seriously ?… [cont.]

A. I have never been to Dublin but I would not base my life on what I read in a mag. I say if you like a guy smile say hi. If people are mean don't let that change who YOU are. You are nice, kind, funny, etc. continue to be so, like my aunt always says "Don't let anybody steal your joy!", if they are rude to you just realize that it has nothing to do w/ you personally because THEY DON"T know you. It's their miss if they don't want to get to know you it's their miss if they don't want to see beyond your skin color. I say to expect nothing but the best and the best will come as it says in the bible "As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he!" So if you feel that, negative things will come to you then they will. You say… [cont.]

Please help me translate this. English to French and please french speakers only!!!?
Q. Hello I would like to tell you about a class I am in the process of taking called women in art. I like this course a lot because I learn about artist that are often not included in traditional classes. I also find it very interesting because we learn and talk about issues regarding gender and feminism. My favorite artist that I have studied is Florine Stettheimer because of her satirical style. She is an American born artist who grew up in Europe and her work is very lively and charismatic. Although I usually prefer more abstract art and am not often drawn to portrait paintings, I greatly enjoyed learning about the French artist Vigee Lebrun. She was Marie Antoinettes favorite artist and was commissioned to paint her many times. the… [cont.]
